Set Intentions & Reflect

We set intentions for each sound journey, and we encourage you to set your own intentions for each journey.

Each journey is about tuning into ourselves and our journeys.

Each journey is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—and at the end to consider how anything might have shifted, lifted, or deepened.

You don’t have to do anything. Just close your eyes, let your mat and the Earth below it hold you, and receive the sounds.
